#714 - Mergers and Acquisitions Integrations: Where Companies Transform Themselves (or Not) 🎬

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions are flashy - billion dollar price tags, bidding wars, media attention. None of these, however, define whether the deal will be a success or a failure. That's decided by how well the companies are integrated, a project of highest complexity which requires strong project management. If you have ever wanted to learn about how to manage large, complex M&A integration projects, come check out this session.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: 1) Ask the right questions to understand the deal rationale, and select the right integration model for any M&A deal; 2) Establish and operationalize an integration program to drive long-term M&A success.
