In this session, a seasoned project management professional, certified scrum professional, and Prosci change practitioner will describe his journey into organizational change management approaches along with some successes and plenty of failures. Come find out what approaches improved project success on actual traditional project management projects as well as agile-based projects.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: (1) Discuss the need for organizational change management on projects; and (2) Examine change management approaches on projects by reviewing how they were applied on real projects.
