Project managers are required to make good decisions under huge amounts of pressure and time constraints. Studies confirm that 95% of these decisions are the result of an intuitive approach and not of rational logic. What can we do about it? In this session, we will reveal some of the most important mental traps that can impact our decisions and, through a series of real-life experiments, we will discuss practical ways to avoid them.

Learning Objective:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: Identify mental traps and understand how to respond and react to these traps in our project decision-making processes.
