This session will highlight the benefits of multicultural teams in a virtual environment. Many practitioners are frustrated by cultural differences. However, cultural orientations can be used as a strength on virtual teams, creating solutions that are impossible to achieve in unicultural environments and that can help to prevent conflicts.

Learning Objective:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: Identify tools on cultural integration like the cultural orientation framework [COF] that are easy to apply on your virtual team.
